I have been charged $9.99 for a very long time unknowingly from this company. My SPRINT rep. informed me to contact them to have this charge stopped and there is no way to reach them. Sprint has blocked the charges but in the mean time I would like a refund of some sort. My advice is to not allow any downloads on cell phones without proper authorization
