I am unable to get through either of the phone numbers that the company has given me, I was given another number and spoke with women who said she would make a note of the failure to be able to cancel and foward my problem on to a manager who would get back with me in 2-3 business days...unfortunatly this is beyond the 7 day trial. I have also told her that I would put a stop payment on any charges that they try to occur on my account due to the failure to produce proper customer service.
