A BIG TIME SCAM!! I ordered EverBright Smiles from the above web address, and canceled the last day of my free trial. Not knowing that they already charged my account 160.00, I already felt like I was scammed once I received the product and the box said something whole totally different from the box on the website cause says EverBright Smiles on the front, and mines says FYSO Pro. Is this FYSO Pro product worth near 200.00??? Hell NO!! These people are scammers and rude bastards when I called them back after I had canceled was because I say on my account statement a charge of 160.00 the day before I called to canceled!?!? I told her that there was some type of mistake on my account they charged me 160.00 for what? She said I didnt cancel on time. And I said, yes I did, How are you going to tell me when I received this product? She couldnt answer I said you guys cant be doing this I need a refund! And she continued in saying You cant get a refund did you read our terms? Yes I said I had no choose if I wanted to try out the free trial.. She continued I cant give you a refund. My next steps then was to take it to my attorney, dispute it with my bank, I not going to let this scam artists get a way with this. Especially cause they took 160.00 from my account days before Christmas and ruined mine and my family Christmas. And I know on my part I am not in the wrong they are. This charge wasnt authorized!! DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS FIGHT BACK PEOPLE!!!
