cheats the customer while filling petrol

this petrol bunk cheated me while filling the tank. normally i fill 20 litres and will get about 250 KMs, but when i filled in this bunk i got only 140 KMS for the 20 Litres.

Seems this bunk cheats the customer. Please aware of this...
