Was approached by a Sureco official in Cape Town International Airport who offered to relieve us of our excess luggage for a cheaper rate than South African Airways could quote. We paid in excess of R2000 to have one suitcase delivered to Ireland in August 2008valuing our suitcase in excess of R2000. As to date our suitcase hasn't arrived. We have not received any compensation and the owner of the company Mr Mohammed Sharief has given us the run around for the last 18 months. We are at a loss as we can't take him to the small claims court as he doesn't have a landline or an office. He operates solely from a mobile phone and refuses to take any calls or answer any emails.
