Called Surewest customer service to see if I could cancel my internet which only has 3 1/2 months left and pick up their cable tv since their internet service is worse than dial up and having a tech come out is useless. Tried and after 4 years of putting up and paying for lousy internet I wanted to cancel. They rather lose me totally as a customer than waive cancellation fees for a 3 1/2 remaining period when they could have continued with years of service with their cable. Maybe the CEO should rethink some of their policies and apply a bit of common sense into their employees. While the employees were very pleasant, Surewest's thinking needs improving!
