I joined Survey Head over a year ago. First it takes forever to get a pending item approved!!! They never answer your emails. I had to fight to get a survery company that uses them to pay out to post a 30.00 payment.
They sent me a link that a 1.00 was applied to my account. Well it closed my account with about 97.00 in it. I have emailed for over a week, contacted the company that send a payment to me thru them, they emailed too. Now I am out the 97.00.

They dont answer email ever, and they dont reinstate your accout like there website states, this seems to be an ongoing scam for people, I cannot see how they are members of the Better Buiness bureau. I am going to contact them too. What a waste of my time!!!
