After searching online for a "legitimate" survey company, I decided that SurveyScout sounded like the "true" online website that would pay for surveys. On March 17, 2009, I paid the "discounted price" to join - $34.95. (Money-Back Guarantee). First, I had trouble logging in and I repeatedly sent emails to request help. The email address was "[email protected]" I don't even know why they received my emails in the first place, but I asked "why I had not received any surveys to complete"...Their "support team" did reply on April 14th and asked "how many surveys had I signed up for" and "where was I from". After again replying to their questions, I never heard anything else from them...
They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee and I asked for a refund - I was not at all satisfied.
Today is May 7th and I still have not gotten a reply - NOR will I expect to receive a refund on my credit card - SURVEYSCOUT IS A SCAM.
