how can these people garnish a persons wages without any warning or giving a person a chance to go to court to try to defend themselfs . when you try to contact them they never answer the phone or give you voice mail that they never return and they wont even tell you who or what they are collecting for . i recentley refinanced my home and there was nothing on my credit report about the debt they are garnishing my wages for . these people are a joke and should be put out of buisness.
