Sir,
I have paid Rs35000/- to Suvarnabhoomi developers Pvt Ltd to purchase a plot in their
venture.But now i came to know that Suvarnabhoomi Venture doesnot come under HMDA.So we
would like to cancel the Registration.We are cancelling because of their false
statements.So they have to refund the amount.But now they are not ready to refund my
amount.Please help me in this regard, to get my amount .
