Elmhurst Suzuki is a horrible dealer. I've taken my truck into this shop 3 times for the same problem. The truck has been there over 2 weeks and is there right now. They are either unable or unwilliling to find the source of the problem. While the truck was there they bent the step bar and caused another problem. So frustrated with this place!! My truck is not even 2 years old and just sits at the dealer while I wast time traveling back & forth to the dealer, mileage, time from work and much time out of my weekends. Will the problem ever get fixed?
