We bought two tickets of AC Sleeper Bus to Shirdi for 3rd July 2009. The Bus was owned by Swami Travels. On boarding the bus, we found that the seats that we were offered were wet. The reason we were given was that it was because of the AC. But in reality, it was not the case. They were wet because the bus was not maintained properly. We even asked for either a change in the seats or a changing the wet bus seats. But the coordinator refused to offer either eventhough there were empty seats. My question is that when a customer pays for a bus fair why he/she not offered proper facilities for which he has paid the amount. We finally off-boarded the bus as it was difficult for us to travel in such condition. The Bus no. was 4419.
