For the price of their cakes - it makes you think am I the fortunate one to be able to purchase this Princess Cake. True their cakes are good, true their cakes are really impressive on your dinner table, true Sweet Lady Jane 's is impressive - but the customer service makes me feel I am fortunate enough they sold me the cake.

Yikes someone should give them a lesson in the true meaning of customer service.
