fraud!! BAD TRANSPORTER / DAMAGES WITH NO INSURANCE TO CLAIM & OVERCHARGES!!

Contracted pick up was scheduled for Sept9 to be delivered the 13.The driver did not communicate delays until he missed the pick up which resulted in additional cost to me.He rescheduled pick up on the 15 and didn't show up.He picked up boat on the 18 and didn't properly load the boat, which caused extensive damage to gell coat due to the top being laid in boat with no support.He arrived on the 29 charging me an additional 2934.00 for over wieght. He was very rude and didn't honor contract price

very very slow delivery. it took 13 days from the day it was booked to finally receive delivery of the boat. when boat arrived it was missing two tires because the shipper had towed boat from sebastian to fort meyers, against what we said. boat needed to loaded on a semi and not towed due to the shape of the wheels and axels. definately not what we expected to happen. not a great experience.

My boat was severly damaged by this shipper. It was too tall for the route chosen and the radar arch apparently hit a bridge. I have pictures of the boat before it was picked up showing no damage, and the yard where it was stored will verify there was no previous damage. Shipper initially told me to get a repair estimate which I did but now he denies all responsibility.
