My husband flew to New Zealand with Swiss and Singapore Airlines. He is a photographer so he travels with a lot of equipment. He was charged 2500 CHF in excess luggage one way - that is more than he paid for the ticket to begin with. We travel frequently and will definitely avoid traveling with Swiss again.
