I just purchased a replica watch from swiss-replica and received my watch after about 2 weeks in transit. I was excited to see the watch and after tearing through the tightly taped bubble wrap inside the padded watch case I noticed a loud rattle when I picked up the watch. It was broken! I have since contacted customer service (which have always been very quick at responding) and am being told that the watch was inspected before shipping and that I should return it. Great, only problem is that I am now responsible for a 2nd $20 shipping charge on a $100 watch! The watch arrived broken and now I have to pay extra because of this watches poor workmanship. I do not believe it was inspected and working before it was shipped as the watch was packaged extremely well and the small box it arrived in had no signs of damage. I would not purchase another watch from this company if this is any example of their quality and their guarantee! You get what you pay for!
