Purchased a watch for my daughter for Christmas. Took it to get sized. Pin fell out of side of watch and could not be repaired. Jeweler showed me the "diamonds" surrounding the face of the watch under a scope and ALL of them are either chipped, cracked in half or are cloudy from all the inclusions. The watch was represented to be of "high quality" when being sold. I would like this matter resolved to my satisfaction. ShopNBC has been doing a lot of misrepresentation of their products.
