	Anthony March 16, 2010 Total rip off I purchased two watches from Swiss Replica Store and one was defective. I contacted Customer Service via email and they agreed to replace the watch. I shipped my defective watch to them and they said they would ship a replacement right away. 6 months and no less than 20 emails later, they have not shipped a replacement and will not ship either the replacement or my original defective watch back to me. I contacted theCustomer Service representative in Canada and she was ineffective, claiming that she had no power over the returns or shipping. It appears the customer service is just a facade to make the company seem legitimate, which it is not.
	Annoyed in Upstate NY May 1, 2009 Non delivery of purchase Oredered a watch from their website and received a purchase confirmation on the 11 April. After a week I called them and they gave me a tracking no. for the postal service. When I look that no. up it says foreign acceptance on April 15th and that's it. Today is the first of May and still no delivery. Stay away from this website, it's a total scam.
	Jay March 25, 2009 no delivery I ordered 5 items from their website for $389. I received only 1 watch which was defective and they do not respond to my emails. What a bunch of thieves.
