If you are not happy with the product and call customer service with in 14 days to cancel you will not be charged any additional fees. I ordered the product 6/03/2010 and 6/7/2010 Swiss Science charged my account $149.95. I had not received the product yet. It was delivered on 6/08/2010. I phoned this company and they said they will refund 1/2 of the $149.95 to my credit card and the other half when they receive the product back. I have not received a credit of $74.97 as of 6/10/2010. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!! I ONLY WANTED TO TRY THE PRODUCT OUT FIRST FOR THE $0.99 FEE. NOW I DON'T WANT TO TRY ANY PRODUCTS ON LINE EVER!!!
