Unauthorized charges to my account. I never saw anywhere they were going to charge my account if so where was that information if I would have seen that I think I would have decided to never order in the first place. I spoke with a "supervisor" 5/13/09 advising me to wait 3 days before the credit would be issued and they would email me the status or I can call, Well its 5/19/09 and NO credit I spoke with a Isabella Swan at this time she advises me to send back the product and gave me a rma# I asked her way now do I send back the product she said some mumbo jumbo did not understand and frankly Im sorry for ever ordering from this company I told a customer has a right to change his mind and get their money back this is $87.oo dollars Im talking about. I will be getting my bank involved to get my money back . This company should be ashamed of themselves. What goes around comes around you can bet that.
