My complaint is about a sword that some old man gave me some time ago but as it turns out, though I'm grateful for his intentions, it was completely useless for the serious kind of sword play my lifestyle demands. He knew the sword wouldn't help me much but he didn't even bother to tell me of its limitations. The kicker is that this same old man later gave me a "magic" sword (what's so magic about it I'll never understand) which he apparently had all along! Why didn't you just give me the "magic" sword in the first place?! According to him what I do is "dangerous" and that's why he gave me the first sword, so let me ask you this old man, when was the last time you fended off danger with a wooden sword? Now I'm seeing charges on my account that I don't understand and it's really starting to piss me off. I tried calling his customer support but you guessed it, no one answers or when they do they just hang up real quick.
