I'm complainting cause I paid for my daughter to have tutering lessons at sylvan for so many hours I paid 1300.00 cash well cashier and due to my getting laid of from Ford Motor Co. a few weeks peroid went online and was able to get another job but had to relocate to Alabama for the job I told the center and was told that I could not get a refund but could get my daughter hours transferr to a center here in Alabama once I get there and get setup just have the center call up there. Well, since then the center has a new owner and she has the records and says that its nothing that she can do that she don't give refunds and she not going to transferr my daughters credit to the new center. What can I do about this is there anyone that can help me.
