My Norton antivirus subscription was about to expire. I did not want to renew it because Norton had charged me for an extra subscription I did not make and after much correspondence said they could find no record of it their end so it was our problem. I removed Norton antivirus and there were still Norton files left so I downloaded Norton removal tool and ran it. After it was finished it asked me to re start my computer which I did. I just went to a system check screen then started again and continued to do this in a loop. I've taken my computer to a technician and he can't get it to boot and is having problems trying to retrieve information from my hard drive. He's saying I need to buy a new computer. I'm through dealing with Norton.
