I had an unauthorized charge as well. I logged into my account and there is no information on the source of this charge. The date of the charge does not correspond to any auto renewal. Amount $49.99. Making matters worse, I don't think the software is very effective. It never finds any viruses or gives any insight into intrusion attempts.

This is one of those companies that lowers the QOL for many customers through unauthorized charges and little CS.
