I just received my company's credit card statement and find two charges that arethe same amount of $39.99 for DRI Symantec Generic www.myord.comMN. I received an email on or near 9/26 and said yes to the renewal rate. I again got a notice on or near 10/22 stating that I needed to renew. I said yes realizing the last time it didn't send me to the option of downloading/saving the update to my computer. I thought the first "order/renewal" did not go through.

I paid my credit card (US BANK) because I have excellent credit and I do not wish to risk it over $39.00.

Is there a way to have this amount credited to my account?
