I have tried for months to get my money back for a defective download of Norton Anti Virus 2008. I have talked to 3 reps overseas who have promised me my money back and I have never received anything. It has sucked up hours of my time and increased my stress through the roof. I finally have found a number to call in the US 408-517-1682. I have left a message. I hope this helps others, many others, with their terrible with unheeded complaints which are legend online.
