Earlier this year I attempted to cancel my Norton Internet Security via their website but failed as there was no way they allowed for it. I therefore talked to a live person at their call centre who took me through an incredibly complicated process but assured me that the subscription has been cancelled. This was at least 6 months ago. Now, I have just received a notice that they are going to charge my credit card and renew again automatically. How on earth can I get this sorted out permanently?
