On September 8, 2009 I placed on online order for Norton Antivirus which was supposed to be downloaded on that date. I did not get confirmation or the download but did get my Visa charged $65.15 on September 8, 2008. I still need the Antivirus so will have to purchase it at a store. I need my Visa credited for this charge. My new computer is still unprotected! Please send confirmation of your credit to my account.
