Scam

I was first lied to and was told it was a buy here pay here. Then they came and repossed my van they say for none payment. I had mailed it and they said they didn't get it 2 months after they took it they sent the check to the bank. Then they sent me this form from the IRS and now I get a letter saying I'm being sued. What is going on?

Synergy Acceptance Scam

For those who have been having problems resolving their financing issues with Synergy Acceptance, here is an important alert regarding this company from the Better Business Bureau:

On May 03, 2011, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 3:11 BK 31712

This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization.

Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to California Northern Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF, 235 Pine Street 19tj Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94104 for resubmission to that court.
The case number should be entered on the form.

Claims must be submitted by 2011-09-06.
