i talal elshoura wish to place a formal complaint. on sunday 6/2/10. i got on the flight 924 cairo to dubai, after i arrived @ dubai the flight was delayed due to airport bus that was going around for at least 25 minutes the bus driver was waiting behind a parked veicle at least 5 minutes then decided to drive off. which resulted in missing my flight dubai to sydney. i payed $ 2, 640.00 aud i was ment to arrive on sunday night @ sydney airport 2230hrs. when i was in dubai airport i asked for may luagage so i can get my mobile out to get call work but the airline crew declined to give me my luagage . all this resulted in me losing my rostered week of work because i couldnt call them . i was ment to start work on monday morning 8th feb 2010. the company gave my rostered week to someone else as im a security officer and have my duties, i have came at a loss of income of at least $1.350 aud which has put me behind in my morgage, the emirates crew gave me an apologie letter to prove my ordeal . i talal elshoura wish to take this matter further as i was not at foult . please reply @ my email address [email protected]
