T-Mobile offers a 20 day trial period for wireless internet. The salesperson I talked to said it was a "20 day free trial period of wireless internet". THIS IS A LIE! IT IS FALSE ADVERTISIMG!! I was informed that I had to pay for the internet usage incurred during those 20 days. The Customer Service person told me: "It's like test driving a car, you still have to put in the gas." This has nothing to do with cars. I told the Customer Service person that they told me a lie and he told me: "the website doesn't say anything about it being free." So I told him it was a lie by omission and false advertisement. How do they get away with that? Who takes care of us as customers?
