I bought a 35J&W 775 Motherboard at shop number 189 Esselen Street Pretoria, Sales Reciept #2603 dated 2011/01/28 the price was R350.00
upon reaching home I found that the Motherboard was opened and the CD for Drivers was not there that same time I sent them an e-mail about the condition of their product but could not respond. upon connecting the product it was not switching on that same day I took it back to them they told me to come back the following day coz they claim that I damaged it when I came bake they told me to come again on Monday the 31st of Jan coz they have to take it to the manufacture for testing when I asked them to replace it they said they don't have warranty for the product what should I do please? I never used the product and to just loose my money for nothing is painful.
