This man is currently doing business out of New Zealand as T21 / Technology 21. The link provides true evidence that Dominic Dibiani also known as Derek Di Silva was found guilty of stealing copyrighted materials from another company in the horse racing software business and fined $760, 000. It's not absolutely certain that those same stolen materials are being used today by T21 / Technology 21, but what is certain is the background of the man running that company.
