I had been to thailand for a week long tour and just landed back yesterday midnight in the flight no tg 325.
I had a check in suitcase which was locked and got it checked in the suvarvnabhumi airport on 24/7/2009 at 6:15 pm (TG 479300). i had kept a digital camera Casio Exilim in the baggage and thought since i had another one in the cabin baggage, this would be safe in the suitcase. on arrival at the bengaluru airport, when i was waiting to collect my bag, i was shocked to see the lock opened. It was only on reaching home i found out that the camera had been stolen.
Iam not sure where to complaint. but i just atleast this complaint would be heard. If not, it would be a tip for others who must take caution when they keep costly items in the check in baggage.
i just hope this complaint would be attended to. i am not sure whether to blame the authorities in the suvarnabhumi airport or the staff of bengaluru international airport.
