hi there,
i got a kitten at home, unfortunately he broke his limb, And i called up Tahoma Vet Clinic (sharjah) on 3/12/09 at 13:15 hrs.
After a number of rings a Guy picked up the phone.Without asking his name I Politely asked him the location of the clinic, he then started asking me questions bout my pet like..."which pet do u have?', "wats the problem with it?"
And as he questioned i answered to him politely.Then he now asked me which place i am right now, and when can i come, and where do i live...Dont u think these are stupid questions that a telephone operater cud ask just to tell the location of the clinic?.
I was very angry as he was asking me stupid questions, but i calmed down becoz my kitten was in pain and i had to get her into a clinic ASAP.
He then rudely asked me"Can u come today or tommorrow?"I was so much fed up that i said i will come tommorrow to get an appropriate answer ...Then he rudely said"well then i will also tell u the location of the clinic tommorrow" and he just hung the phone before i cud speak anything else.Then i returned to my kitten.
then i saw was Alas!!! my kitten had died of pain.That was an unfortunate day i spoke to thet guy.

well i just want to say ...is this way cud anybody make buissness for their company, it is ridiculous if u dont have telephonic manners...And shame on that guy who spoke to me that way.I have lost a dear pet just becoz of a stupid person like him.I curse him till he goes to hell!
