We are a mental health counseling business with 5 locations and over 30 full time counselors. In addition to counseling for all ages, marriage, couples, and families, we provide ADHD and Autism testing and have recently added psychiatric services (medication management).

We, Tampa Bay Area Counseling (TBAC) are a private group therapy practice located in Tampa, Florida. Our core mission is to provide accessible, high-quality mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families throughout the Tampa Bay area.

With advanced modalities such as EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Gottman Methods, our practitioners are trained on an advanced level. We believe that mental health is brain health, and we’ll educate you on how this most important organ works.
