July 3rd, 2009 my complaint started, and today, June 10th 2010, I got a phone call from Tangarine Concepts Director of Operations. I had been a client for 9 1/2 years, and it took 5 months of complaining to get 3 of the 5 months looked after. You just cannot get anyone, other than Kaitlin to get the error looked after!
