This letter/email is in regards to several inquires about the account that is listed on my Credit Reports. I spoke to Customer Service. They informed me that your company does not have any information on this account. How did you investigate this account without any documentation? Please investigate the inaccurate trade lines, include copies of all original user or signer agreements and terms and conditions of these accounts per the TILA act the FACT act and the FCRA. I already disputed this information with the major credit bureaus and they claimed you verified it. I’m asking for a complete investigation into this inaccurate account including the ORIGINAL APPLICATION, THE ORIGINAL STATEMENTS- ALL OF THEM, ALL OF THE SIGNED CHARGE SLIPS.
I await an uneventful conclusion to this.
Target after years of trying to get a response just ignores all my requests, its terrible that this company can and will ruin your credit and refuse to correct them.
Boycott Target stores IMHO
