I ordered a DVD for my friends birthday on 7/21 and paid extra for USPS priority 5 day shipping. After a week I started e-mailing the company - After 4 e-mails and 2 weeks later I decided to look up the Vintage Playhouse on the Better Business Bureau website - Wish I had done that first. They are rated an F with many complaints. So after 16 days I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Guess what I got an e-mail from Vintage Playhouse 2 days later saying that my package was shipped. Way too late for my friends birthday party. I would never ever use this company again for ordering any products!!!
