The company does not terminate your services after you issue a notice as per their policy. It confirms account closure on phone via customer service, but actually does not terminate your account & continues billing you.
It then sends you a bill months ahead asking for payment & when you show them evidence of your notice & all dues paid up it forces you to pay by sending you their lawyers notice. Stay away from such companies out to rob you.
