My Hitachi Window AC is not working from last 2 months and i have called croma extended warranty many number of times but no one is coming to fix the issue, they had taken Rs.3000 from me when i purchased the AC, i am cheated and want you guys to never purchase any product from croma, reliance is much better. They always tell me that some once will come today or by tomorrow and this is going on from last 2 months, i am really sick out of it. croma ***.
