tata indicom sold one haier cell phone to me 0n 18 feb. 10 with an offer of 1500 min free.tag. when I submitted my id. card ( driving licence, address proof and 1 photo, they asked 1150 Rs. which I paid. It was in Thana, Mumbai. MY NO. 9222722931.They promised immediately it will be activated. Even after 2 days it was not. I had to go to gallery again. They showed false surprize. Then one went inside and then gave me my phone back saying ' its ok. it is activated. It was he said time barred?After few days(4 to5) it is dead. The customer cell says either u have not given the needed papers or the gallery people have not sent it to the company. It tata shop, their own shop only.u dont bother us noe. It is your bad fate. go again to tata gallery in thane and ask them why papers are not sent. Have they lost or is there any play they are playing. I am without the phone. great Co. Great people. I now repaint and regret for choosing such an inefficient co.
