I have a very bitter experience with the service of TATA SUMO victa they have a very poor after sale services at Port Blair authorized service station and no back up of spares with dealer, though my vehicles in still in the guarantee period they have charged for the tighting of u bolt of the vehicle and they don't have any skilled mechanics and they never failed to rectify the fault. It is my humble request that this matter should be dealt seriously and a service engineer should be permanently posted to this islands as there is plenty of TATA vehicles available.

Hope my complaint may be put up with the board and a line of action taken.
