Sir we have purchased a truck no HR55J8362 from your authorised dealer in Daurala, Meerut on 23-Nov-09. but Within 15 days of purchase some technical fault occurs in the engine. Now from about 15 days it stands on the dealer showroom Nammed SJS Motors Ltd. Daurala(Meerut).
But after 15 days we are not getting any satisfactory answer. No one is ready to take any responsibilty but if we talk to any of your center either at Mumbai or Lucknow they are not responding but all the time they say it will take 5 days 10 days .Even today more than 15 days are over.No one is there to understand our problem.
