I purchased the brand new Tata Victa Jeep in Jan 2008 & ever since I have been in & out of DIMO's.
major water seepage from the engine to the front left side passenger area, corrosion, parts coming off, and many other complaints. I requested that TATA Head Office in India be informed & vehicle taken back due to factory defects. they never did that, but effected temporary remedies, but problems recur, much to my strain- time/ cost/no vehicle etc.
My many complaints to Mohamed Rizvie- Mgr Customer assistance Centre have not had the desired results
pl contact them & obtain copes of my numerous complaints/letters.
CAN YOU PLEASE GRANT ME REDRESS- I HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH WITH THIS VEHICLE, never have i experianced this kind of problems with vehicles...I am now 50 & have owned many vehicles in my lifetime !!
