On May 18 I applied for a cash advance from Last Chance Cash Advance because I had a family emergency. I filled out their application. Unbeknownst to me it included a membership to ID Theft for $33.88 which I didn't know I applied for. ID Theft withdrew money from my account without any notice or anything. I requested a refund because I needed cash for a family emergency and I didn't ask to be a member of that company. When I requested a refund the company said that someone used my email when filling out the application so they said they could not bill me any more. I told them I needed cash from the cash advance--it didn't make sense that I would want to be a member of a different company when I needed money for a family emergency. As of now, they still haven't refunded my money. They said they sent me an email, which they didn't. They also said they needed more information from me but still have yet to refund my money!!
