I ordered a Whole House FM Transmitter through Amazon on June 24 and was charged for it. The delivery window was 19 days. Around day 18 after not receiving it, I sent them an email.
They said it was lost and offered to send another. (With another 19 day delivery window) I declined and asked for a refund. They refuse, .Three times I asked for a refund, but they would not refund my money.
I finally had to file for the Amazon A-Z Guarantee to get my money back.

Why this company shouldn't be charged with theft is a mystery.

Stay away from TAW Global.
