I have always done my taxes through HR block for 15 years in the last 3 years I've been denied a refund anticapation loan, but still had to pay the fees for them to do my Taxes.the preparer said that I should be able to recieve my taxes a.s.a.p. cause I've been along time customer.Yet I was still denied and out of 286.00 $ I'm single mother going to college full-time and raising my 19 year old son who also is in college that money I spent for something I didn't get could have bought my son and I lunch for 1 whole month at school or extra supplies for school.Needless to say I've called Hr Block they say they dont want to lose me as a customer but, thats already done someone should look into this cause many are in great need of money today are willing to spend extra money they really dont have for this with no results.
