I had a loan with Taylor Bean and Whitaker. We got behind on our mortgage due to many different things that had happened. I was trying to catch up with them to get the mortgage current. We were enrolled in a program that would have put us current. We were waiting for the last step which was to close on the program. That should have happened any day when we received the call that the company was shut down by the government. I needed to make a payment and had no mortgage co to take it. When the first of the next month rolled around we still didn't know which company took over our mortgage. Now, I am late with the new company due to money being due that I was not supposed to have to pay through the old company and during the time I had no company. Now we are facing foreclosure and can't find anyone to get us a copy of our old account so we can figure out for sure how much we are behind. We have been tossed around between mortgage companies and no one to help us. I couldn't even get a hold of TB&W to get the interest report for our taxes. I had to file without it and just based on the new company. I need copies of my paperwork as soon as possable. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
