My wife and I went to the Taylor Brewing Company restaurant in Lombard Illinois on January 2, 2006. The reason we decided to go there was because my wife had donated blood, and was given a twenty-five dollar gift certificate for participating restaurant retailers. We selected the afore mentioned establishment on a website named www.dining dough.com. The certificate we printed was due to expire on January 17, 2006. We ordered our food, but did not realize we were to present the coupon when ordering. When we presented the certificate, we were told they may not accept it. After a 15 mintue wait, we were told Mr. Taylor happened to be present that day, and he would not accept our certificate. I was embarrassed by such actions, and felt bad for my wife. My bill came to over forty dollars, but the money is not the issue for me. I was surprised at Mr. Taylor's business decision, and have decided to never visit any of his establishments. He will no longer get any more of my business. In addtion, I have told everyone I come in contact of my experience. I have asked them not to give thier business to the Taylor establishments.
